Return Procedure
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Free Return Shipping
We offer a free prepaid return label to facilitate the return process. Simply attach the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different one, please follow our return procedure to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
