Warranty & Repair Policy
At Orientra, we believe meaningful jewelry should be made to last. That’s why every piece you purchase comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty—covering free repairs for any craftsmanship or material defect. All you pay is the two-way shipping cost.
What’s Covered (Free Repair):
If your piece has any of the following issues within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge:
- Bead or stone loss due to faulty stringing or weak settings
- Broken clasps or fastenings not caused by excessive force
- Frayed cords or loosened knots on malas, bracelets, or necklaces from standard wear
- Metal links or components detaching due to poor construction
- Resin, bone, or wood pieces cracking from internal flaws (not drops or water exposure)
- Elastic or adjustable strings snapping under normal tension
- Ring resizing defects (if resizing was done by us)
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not apply if the issue is due to:
- Accidental damage (dropping, pulling, water immersion, pets, etc.)
- Misuse or harsh storage (e.g. throwing in bags, keeping in damp areas)
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or salt water
- Natural tarnishing or patina of silver, brass, or copper
- Wear and tear from daily use (e.g. surface scratches, fading of color or polish)
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Third-party repairs or modifications
How to Make a Claim:
- Email info@orientra.co with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and the issue
- A short description of what happened
- We’ll respond within 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.
- Once received, repairs usually take 10–20 business days.
Shipping Policy for Repairs:
- Repair is always free within the warranty period.
- You pay for both return and delivery shipping.
- We’ll recommend safe packaging to ensure your jewelry travels securely.
Other Notes:
- Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from Orientra.co
- Each item is eligible for one repair or replacement per warranty period
- If the item is discontinued, we may offer a similar replacement or store credit
